Do I pay extra for booking through a travel agent?
No. Commission is built into every holiday regardless of how it is booked. By going through a travel agent that commission goes to the travel agent I have access to over 100 different suppliers including business to business rates not available to the public, I also am able to price match. So you get the planning, the support and someone to call when things change at no extra cost.
Where can you book holidays to?
I can book holidays to just about anywhere in the world via over 100 different trusted suppliers.
What type of holidays can you book?
I have access to over 100 trusted suppliers which cover every holiday type you can think of including beach holidays, cruises, Disneyland, Lapland, golf holidays, ski holidays. If you can describe the trip I can usually price it.
What does ABTA and ATOL protection mean for me?
If something goes wrong with the supplier, your money is protected. ABTA covers package holidays not involving a flight; ATOL covers flight-inclusive packages. My ABTA number is P7384.
Do I have to live in Cardiff to work with you?
No. I'm based in South Wales but work with clients across the UK. Most planning happens by phone, email or video call, I can tailor it to suit your needs.
How far ahead should I book?
For peak periods (summer, Christmas, half-term, Easter), the earlier the better - six to nine months out for school holidays is sensible. For short breaks I can usually find something good with a few weeks' notice.
What suppliers do you use?
I have access to over 100 trusted suppliers including TUI, Jet2, P&O and Inghams, and also business to business suppliers including ratehawk and hotelbeds.
Do you only use one supplier?
No, for all quotes I search a range of suppliers to ensure I am finding the best deal, this gives customers a greater range of choice and access to the best deals than having to stick to one supplier.
Am I obligated to book?
Of course not, I will provide no obligation quotes, no pressure to book.
