Beach & All-Inclusive
Greece, Turkey, Spain, the Canaries. Kids clubs that actually run. Pools the right depth for your children. I know which all-inclusives are worth the spend.
The big summer trip. The first ski week. Lapland while the magic still works. Disney before they grow out of it. I plan all of them, book all of them, and chase the airline when something changes.
Family holidays are not one thing. A week in a beach resort with a toddler is a different job to a ski week with two teenagers. These are the ones I plan most often.
Greece, Turkey, Spain, the Canaries. Kids clubs that actually run. Pools the right depth for your children. I know which all-inclusives are worth the spend.
Catered chalets, ski school, lift passes. I match the resort to the ability of the skiers in your group — which matters more than most websites let on.
Caribbean, Mediterranean, Norwegian fjords. The right ship for the ages in your family — some are floating water parks, some are quieter.
Meet Santa properly — huskies, reindeer, snowmobiles, the lot. Book early: the good operators sell out in April.
Park tickets, dining plans, character breakfasts, fast-passes. Done before you leave home so the trip actually feels like a holiday.
Multi-generation trips where you want your own space. Tuscany, Puglia, Provence, the Algarve — I know the villas that deliver on the photos.
You tell me who is going (ages matter), when you can travel, roughly what you want to spend, and any hard constraints — school dates, dietary needs, accessibility, phobias. I come back with two or three options, we talk through them, you pick one, and I book the lot.
Everything you need to know before getting in touch.
No. Suppliers pay me commission. The price is the same as booking direct, and you get the planning, the protection and the post-booking support thrown in.
Summer and Easter: six to nine months out. Christmas, Lapland and peak ski weeks: nine to twelve months. Half-term breaks: three to six months. Short notice is sometimes fine for cheaper destinations, but the school-holiday weeks book up fast.
You message or call me. I deal with the airline. I rebook, shift the transfers, and update your itinerary. You don't sit on hold and you don't read four different airline policy pages trying to work out what you're entitled to.
Yes. The lot. Park tickets, dining reservations, character experiences, Lightning Lane or Premier Pass equivalents, hotel category, transfers. Disney is one of the trips that benefits most from a real person doing the legwork.
Yes. I book cots, request bottle warmers, check pram access at the resort, sort the baggage allowance for the buggy and car seat, and pick a hotel where both the room and the food work for a baby.
I notify the airline in advance, request a dietary-friendly meal on the flight, and only quote hotels that can handle the allergy at their restaurants. Hotels confirm in writing before I book.
Yes. Multi-gen holidays are common and I plan them often. Different bedrooms, adjoining rooms, villas, or family hotels with the right facilities for a wider age range. Accessibility built in where it's needed.
Most of the world. Europe, USA, Caribbean, Asia, long-haul, cruises, ski, Disney, Lapland. If there's somewhere specific you want and I can't help, I'll tell you straight.
No. I'm based in Cardiff, but I plan family holidays for clients across the UK. Most of the work happens by phone, email or video call. You only meet me in person if you want to.
Send me a message and I'll come back to you within one working day.
